I have been training dogs and people to work stock for over 21 years. I love working with all the different herding breeds and discovering how different breeds and individual dogs work and need to be trained to understand the job of herding stock. Finding the key to teaching each dog how to do this job and helping their owners become a partner and handler with their dog is my passion.
I have put championships and titles on 12 different breeds and have achieved 159 herding championships to include 27 AKC Herding champions (HC), 49 AHBA Herding Trial champions (HTCH), 57 ASCA Working Trial champions (WTCH), 10 ASCA Working Trial Champion (WTCH-X) champions, 10 ASCA Farm Trial champions (FTCH) and 6 ASCA Stockdog champions (SDCH). I have achieved high in trials at the ASCA Nationals, the Cardigan Welsh Corgi Nationals, Sheltie Nationals, USASA Nationals, Belgian Tervuren Nationals, Border Collie Nationals and the Swedish Vallhund Nationals.
Through this journey I have developed a methodology that works for many breeds and individual dogs. It starts when the puppy comes into your life and continues through advanced stockdog work. My methods provide a solid foundation for herding, other sports, and having a well-trained companion to share in your daily life.

I grew up working along side my mother with dogs and stock. It became one of my true passions in life.
I came up through the junior program in ASCA and have won most versatile junior and all around junior multiple times at the ASCA nationals. Training and competing with my dogs is a true joy in my life which I now extend to helping others achieve the goals they have with their dogs.
Following and assisting my mother, Dawna, in developing her training methodology I have achieved 28 ASCA Working trial champions, 2 Working Trial Champion X (WTCH-X), 6 Farm Trial Champions (FTCH), 2 Stockdog Champions (SDCH), 13 AHBA Herding Trial champions (HTCH), and 5 AKC Herding champions (HC). I have also won High in Trial at the Border Collie Nationals, the ASCA Nationals, and the USASA Nationals.
